ABOUT COMPANY

WE CREATE AND
TURN INTO
REALITY

We will use the WebVR platform to enable architects, construction developers, and interior designers to show a 3D rendering of their design in Virtual reality (VR) environments to their customers 24×7 globally. Our product takes Architectural Visualization (ArchViz) to very high productivity and quality levels by using state of the art technology.

Web Virtual Reality (WebVR) platforms are used in many other industries, mainly VR gaming. WebVR is an HTML5 specification that enables browsers to use virtual reality (VR) devices, including low-cost and standalone VR headsets on the Web. Using the Internet and a Web browser, individuals connect and play VR-based games. A few businesses have created web-hosting sites for such activities. WebVR uses newly developed APIs (Application Programming Interface) that take advantage of VR hardware using WebGL. WebGL is a JavaScript API for rendering interactive 2D and 3D graphics within any compatible web browser without the use of plug-ins.

Our Unique
Solution

Our product is a WebVR platform used to enhance Architectural Visualization (ArchViz). Our solution is a manifestation of the ArchViz at the highest quality, which enables the architects to easily modify and improve their models by using the clients’ comments. We will create a platform that allows the architects to upload their VR prototype into our WebVR for live sharing across the globe 24×7.

We are developing a web-based sharing portal that works with the majority of the exiting browsers (PC, Apple, and mobile phones). Our customers will upload their VR file and share it live with their clients using a web browser.

We enable interior designers to work with their clients in a VR environment to design the rooms and to modify its furnishings live. We enable the interior designers to change furniture, their location, paint, and may other aesthetic features.

PROBLEM AND CURRENT SOLUTIONS

What our
ANALYSIS

The Internet has enabled commerce and connectivity across the globe. Furthermore, in times like we are in, we realize that businesses and inter-human interactions must continue regardless of the constraints. COVID19 pandemic has had a global impact on how we may conduct our lives and businesses in the future with the shelter-in-place, workplace restrictions, and social distancing mandates. Having web-based services will comply with the said mandates while supporting businesses and human interaction.

For example, Zoom has added 2.2 million subscribers just in January and February 2020, while all of 2019 subscribers were 1.99 million, according to Bernstein’s estimates[ https://www.cnbc.com/2020/02/26/zoom-has-added-more-users-so-far-this-year-than-in-2019-bernstein.html]. All web-based gathering places, where people will be able to conduct virtual meetings and share digital files regardless of their geographical location, have proven to become an essential part of how we are going to conduct business.

PROBLEM
ANALYSIS

A 3D model may go through design changes as customers finally see a full 3D version of the proposed final product. Any changes to the final model will add to the overall cost of the project while causing a delay. We assume that until a client can fully see the 3D model understanding the spatial design of the overall project, the customer cannot give final approval.
Many companies still produce 3D models. Prices vary. However, the following is one example of how much it cost to develop and build a 3D model using 3D printing, which, by virtue of using technology, should expedite time to completion.

CURRENT
SOLUTIONS

Building Information Modeling (BIM) is a process developed to ensure 3D visualization and closer coordination and collaboration with all the stakeholders with an intended expectation of having much higher predictable results; thus, avoiding wasted efforts and cost.
AutoDesk defines BIM as, “…an intelligent 3D model-based process that gives architects, engineering, and construction (AEC) professionals the insight and tools to more efficiently plan, design, construct, and manage buildings and infrastructure.” It further explains, “BIM begins with the creation of an intelligent 3D model and enables document management, coordination and simulation during the entire lifecycle of a project (plan, design, build, operation and maintenance).”
